Bound the result
Baseline, sponsor, system owner, users, sources, actions, acceptance, risk and evidence.
Enterprise priority → production operation
For enterprise leaders who have mandates, pilots or platform investments but no complete path into operation, Compsia designs, builds, accepts and runs one bounded AI production system with the teams responsible for the result.
Compsia begins with one material business result: a capacity, cycle-time, quality, revenue, margin or service consequence with a current baseline and named owner. We map the people, source systems, decisions, actions, controls and exceptions that determine whether the result can move.
The deliverable is not an AI strategy deck or a model demonstration. It is the complete production path: only the agents, deterministic automations, integrations, retrieval, interfaces and approval controls required for the selected perimeter, together with testing, rollout, documentation, fallback and operation.
Baseline, sponsor, system owner, users, sources, actions, acceptance, risk and evidence.
Implement the path, test expected and failure cases, train users and accept stated limits.
Monitor quality, use, cost, incidents and business measures; maintain providers and improve deliberately.
A strong perimeter usually crosses business policy, unstructured or uncertain inputs, several systems, human judgment and a material action. A native product feature or deterministic workflow is the better answer when it can satisfy the result reliably inside a simpler boundary.
There is a real baseline, accountable operating owner, accessible users and systems, credible timing and willingness to accept and operate the released capability.
Generic workshops, licence shopping, unlimited custom development, a request to replace all internal systems, or a project with no measurable perimeter are outside the offer.
The customer supplies lawful source access, process truth, test accounts, security and procurement participation, users, timely decisions and final business acceptance.
Compsia owns the agreed architecture, implementation, release evidence, operating support and change path—not decisions outside the contracted perimeter.
The installation is quoted from the perimeter, integration and data complexity, control burden, testing, rollout and delivery risk. Where discovery is insufficient for a responsible fixed build proposal, a paid blueprint maps the architecture, controls and acceptance plan first. It is optional, not the flagship product.
Managed operation is quoted from expected users and volume, model and provider cost, monitoring, support coverage, review effort and included improvement capacity. Skybridge access for supported delivered capabilities is included within contracted limits rather than sold as a separate platform licence.
A new business result, source, action category, business unit, support level or acceptance requirement is a scope change. Expansion is justified by operating evidence, not by a promise that every AI opportunity belongs in the same system.
