Authorized sources
Data category, authority, identity, scope, freshness, retention and destination are recorded.
Context + systems + controlled action
Compsia connects the authorized sources, business rules, applications, model-assisted tasks, deterministic workflows, user interfaces and approval controls needed for one defined result. Integration is bounded by authority and accepted as a complete operating path.
Integration becomes valuable when an exact operating result, source of truth, identity, action and owner are connected. Compsia therefore does not advertise a universal connector count. A system supports only the applications, APIs, files, databases, providers and environments verified for its contracted configuration.
The architecture may read authorized context, structure an unstructured request, retrieve source-backed material, apply deterministic policy, prepare a recommendation, update a business system or place work into an approval queue. Every material action is classified as permitted, human approval-gated or prohibited. Low confidence and missing context have explicit behavior.
Data category, authority, identity, scope, freshness, retention and destination are recorded.
Models, rules, automation, interfaces and integrations are selected from the result backward.
Approvals, prohibited behavior, retries, duplicate prevention, alerting and manual recovery are designed.
The difficult integration work usually sits at account boundaries, ambiguous data, API failure, duplicate events, partial updates and a person's right to intervene. Those conditions belong in the release plan from the start.
Name each source and destination, the identity used, object scope, read and write authority, data owner, retention expectation and any regional dependency.
Use model assistance where interpretation is valuable and conventional code where rules, calculation, validation or idempotent execution should remain exact.
Approvals are enforced for the material action and identity—not added as explanatory text around an otherwise autonomous workflow.
Timeouts, malformed responses, revoked access, duplicates, partial writes and conflicting context must produce designed alerts, retries, queues or manual fallback.
Good fit: a material result crosses several sources or systems, uncertain inputs or human judgment, and controlled actions; the responsible teams can grant appropriate test and production access; and an owner will accept the path.
Not a fit: a simple native feature already works, a deterministic one-step automation is enough, the request is for a connector marketplace, no one can authorize source access, or the scope is an undefined replacement of the enterprise stack.
Integration is included in the scoped system installation rather than sold as unbounded engineering capacity. Complexity, environments, access constraints, failure risk and acceptance determine the installation fee. Monitoring, provider maintenance, support and controlled changes inform the recurring managed-operation fee.
The customer remains responsible for lawful access, business policy and final decision rights. Compsia remains responsible for the exact delivered integration behavior and service obligations stated in the contract and release record.
