Production ownership after launch

Operate AI as a changing system—not a finished project.

Compsia provides recurring managed operation for the bounded AI production systems it delivers. Monitoring, maintenance, support, evidence review and controlled improvement keep the agreed path useful as providers, data, rules and work change.

A model can be stable while the operating path fails.

Production behavior depends on more than model output. An API changes, a token expires, source fields drift, a business rule is revised, volume increases, a user starts correcting a recurring edge case or an approval queue becomes the new bottleneck. These are operating conditions, not one-time implementation defects.

Managed AI operations gives the released system a continuing owner. The service is bounded to the contracted users, integrations, providers, actions, support coverage, volumes and change capacity. Compsia does not imply 24/7 support, universal monitoring or unlimited improvement unless the exact contract states it.

Observe

Quality, use and failure

Track the agreed signals for completion, exceptions, provider health, intervention, evidence coverage and cost.

Maintain

Providers and integration paths

Address supported API, authentication, rule, prompt, retrieval and interface changes within the service boundary.

Improve

Change only with evidence

Review recurring corrections, operating measures and user behavior; prioritize bounded changes and re-accept material releases.

Make responsibility visible at every review.

The release record identifies who owns business policy, source access, model or workflow configuration, user support, approvals, incidents and acceptance. Managed operation follows those responsibilities rather than hiding them behind a generic service label.

MonitoringAgreed signals

Watch the production perimeter.

Collect only the telemetry and operating evidence required for the system. Measures, alert thresholds, retention and review cadence are documented for the release.

SupportService boundary

Route incidents and user issues.

Name intake, severity, available hours, escalation, customer contacts, provider dependencies and manual fallback. Contracted coverage governs the response commitment.

ReviewBusiness evidence

Connect system behavior to consequence.

Review quality, intervention, use and cost beside the baseline and business measure that justified the system, without presenting model activity as value.

ChangeRe-acceptance

Control material updates.

Changes to sources, actions, providers, roles, limits or acceptance requirements are assessed, tested and recorded. New business results are separately scoped.

One recurring service around the delivered capability.

Managed operation is not sold as a detached monitoring subscription for arbitrary third-party projects. It follows a Compsia-delivered production system and the production milestone stated in the contract. The recurring fee reflects expected users and volume, provider and infrastructure cost, monitoring, support coverage, operating reviews and included improvement capacity.

Authorized users receive access to the supported Skybridge capabilities in their system within the contracted users, usage and service limits. Skybridge is the included environment for using and supervising the delivered capability; it is not a separate platform buying decision or an unlimited licence.

Good fit: a system has a named operational owner, accepted boundary, real users, available evidence and an expectation of continuing change. Not a fit: the request is for unlimited support, an unbounded model-monitoring dashboard, responsibility without access, or operation of a capability that has never been accepted.

The customer continues to own lawful use, business decisions, source authority and its internal roles. Compsia owns only the support, maintenance, evidence and change obligations defined for the delivered system.
